Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12.50 EUR p.p./change.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.15 EUR/kWh (Oct-Apr) is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 20 EUR/stay.
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 2.15 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
