Cosy residence with 40 apartments located 800 m from the centre of Argelès Village, 800 m from the beach. Magnolias is 2-room apartment 36 m2 situated on 1st floor. It accommodates up to four people and offers a 30 m2 terrace with deck chairs and reserved parking. The living/dining room is with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner and TV. One room with one french bed. A kitchenette with 3 hotplates, mini-oven, dishwasher, micro wave and freezer. A bathroom and a separate toilet. For shared use: well-kept fenced garden with plants and trees and a kidney shaped outdoor seasonal swimming pool kidney shaped. Shop 800 m, shopping centre 600 m.
