If a second appointment has to be set, the client will be charged with a EUR 50 fee.

Early check-in is possible according to availability.

For an early check-out, extra fees will apply:

Before 06:00: EUR 50
Between 06:00 and 08:00: EUR 30.

For a late check-in, extra fees will apply:

Between 20:00 and 22:00: EUR 30
Between 22:00 and 00:00: EUR 50
After 00:00: EUR 70 A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
