Please note that arrivals/departures at the following times have an additional charge:

- EUR 30 for arrivals on Sundays or public holidays
- EUR 30 for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00
- EUR 50 for arrivals after 22:00
- EUR 30 for departures on Sundays or public holidays

A local tax of EUR 0.83 per night, per adult will be requested upon arrival. Guests will be asked to present their credit card at reception for the security deposit in case of damage to the accommodation. Security deposit amounts depend on the size of the apartment rented:

- EUR 500 up to 39m2
- EUR 1000 40m2 to 60 m2
- EUR 1500 60 m2 to 80 m2
- EUR 2000 80m2 and more Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 52 rue Charlot, 75003 PARIS. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Cottage in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
