This is a one bedroom apartment of 45 mq renovated in 2010, practical furnished, typical parisienne studio , in the district of Marais, in a central position, in the heart of the town. In the living/dining room there is 1 double sofa bed , flat TV screen and DVD and one room with one french bed. There is also an open kitchen with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer, electric coffee machine. The toilette have a shower/WC. As facilities there is a washing machine and Internet (DSL/LAN). === Public parking on the road, shops, grocers, restaurant 50 m, underground station "Etienne Marcel". Please note there is no elevator and the building is three floors.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.
Please contact the Keyholder 1 week before arrival to communicate your expected arrival time. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
