Please note that the property is located on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs only.

In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card is made on the date of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Please note that arrivals after 20:00 are possible with a EUR 60 extra fee.
- EUR 60 from 20:00 to 21:00
- EUR 80 from 21:00 - 23:00
- EUR 100 from 23:00

Please note that check-out is possible before 08:00 with an extra fee of EUR 50.

On Sundays and public holidays, arrivals are possible with a surcharge:
- EUR 50 until 21:00
- EUR 80 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 100 from 23:00

On 24 and 31 December, the following fees apply for check-ins:
- EUR 60 from 16:00 to 19:00
- EUR 100 from 19:00

On 25 December and 1 January, check-in and check-out is possible with a surcharge of EUR 70.

In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card is required on the day of booking. The balance has to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Arrival instructions and contact details are sent by the booking manager of the apartment after a successful prepayment.

Guests are kindly requested to leave the apartment clean. Please inform Bourbon Exclusive With View in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 1000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
