Les Cabanes des Grands Lacs provides unique, eco-friendly accommodation in floating cabins or tree houses. It is located in the Franche-Comté region in a domain of over 150 hectares of woodlands and lakes. The tree houses are between 4 and 12 metres off the ground and can be reached with a ladder, a zip-line or a wooden suspension bridge. The floating cabins are accessed either by rowboat or a pontoon. All accommodations are made of wood and have a dry composting toilet. There are also shared bathroom facilities on site. You can enjoy a continental breakfast on your terrace each morning. You can order a dinner basket, or go to the restaurant, situated a 15-minute drive away. Les Cabanes des Grands Lacs can organise a variety of activities on site such as fishing, pedal boats, kayaking and bicycle trips. There are also lakes where you can go swimming.
