Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages.

-kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 6 EUR per person/change).
-bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 6 EUR per person/change).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: Jul - Aug: included; May - Jun: 3,30 EUR/night; Nov - Apr: 4,15 EUR/night; Sep - Oct: 3,30 EUR/night).
-the interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
