Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), hand-basin and shower. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 large room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm), hand-basin. Bath/shower, 2 separate WCs. Terrace furniture. Facilities: central heating, washing machine, dryer. Wood (extra). Maximum 1 pet/dog allowed. It is possible to fish, boat for children. Car is essential. Caretakers house on the same grounds. Surroundings: grocers 3 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, canoeing 8 km (La Charite sur Loire). Golf course 20 km.
