Please note that:
Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure or within 3 weeks after check-out.
Final cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests can request it for an additional charge of EUR 60 per stay or clean the accommodation themselves.
A security deposit of EUR 150 for incidentals needs to be paid at arrival. This deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after check-out, minus any deductions for energy consumption and any damage caused to the accommodation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. NOVASOL will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 6 per person or bring their own.
