This holiday home is situated on the banks of the River Aisne, in the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne. The house has original tiled floors and is furnished with antique furniture. The living room has views of the canal on the side of the house. Large double doors lead to a living room with bar. Behind the bar is an extra refrigerator. It is also possible to print with the provided internet printer (WIFI). In the middle of the living room there is a large fireplace, which in winter can heat the entire house. Two long tables offer enough space for all residents. A high chair can also be provided. There is a separate TV room with seating area, a satellite connection and DVD player, books and games. Kitchen has a double oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, raclette etc. Also on the ground floor there is a separate toilet with washbasin. House has a sauna and a shower room. In the former garage is a playroom with table tennis and table football. Outside the house there is a fenced private patio with long tables and benches. The 1500 m2 garden of has a lawn and a 4.50 m trampoline. Playing football, tennis, bocce games, Golf Sticks, garden furniture, umbrellas and BBQ can be found in the basement.
