This renovated old holiday home lies on a piece of land of 1000 m near the town La Nocle-Maulaix. It is about 8 km. from the village Fours situated. At approximately 500 m. from the holiday house. you will find a charming little fishing lake surrounded by a forest. At 1.5 km. from the gîte one also finds a swimming lake. This recreation are is 17 ha. large and offers various water- and fishing activities. It is an ideal starting point to discover the region and take nice walks. The gîte has been completely renovated and cosily and comfortable furnished. You have access to a terrain of 1000 m. No lack of space! Children can lovely play outside. while you light the barbeque in order to enjoy the wonderful burgundy life.
