The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- The initial supply of bed linen and towels is included in the price.

The heating fee is not included in the room rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure

The final cleaning is not included in the price, guests should arrange it their own.

Please call the Keyholder 3 days before your stay to arrange your time of arrival. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
