RELAIS DU MACONNAIS je krásná kamenná budova s okrovou zakřivenými krytina střechy, na cestě z Maconu do Cluny. Je to typický dům v regionu Macon, s klasickou, veselý jídelna, zdobená gobelíny a obrazy. Tato tradice se provádí na celé generace s mnoha znaků, konzervatismus a pokud jde o skvělou kuchyni. Arnaud Lannuel vyrostl v kuchyni a pak šel na turné učení, práce s Orsi, Chavent a dokonce na francouzské ministerstvo financí! Ten je nyní zase doma a zvolil gurmán typu kuchyně, založených na produktech v sezóně.
