A small holiday home created in an old farmhouse on the heights of Villeneuve-sur-Yonne. In a quiet location in a hamlet with a population of one hundred inhabitants. it has a large living room with lounge and dining areas and a kitchen corner. It has two bedrooms. each able to accommodate 2 people (1 with a small double bed and one with a large double bed). Combining authenticity and contemporary comfort (jet shower. wood pellet stove heating the whole house. hi-fi and video equipment). it will give you a relaxing holiday surrounded by forests and agricultural land. Close by there is the river Yonne and its activities. as well as a golf course (fifteen kilometres away).
