This semi-detached holiday home is located somewhat outside of Pledeliac. about 15 km from the sea. From the holiday residence you can make numerous excursions and explore the beautiful area. There is lovely hiking only 1 km away in the forest of St. Aubin. you can sail or surf on lake Jugon or in the sea at Erquy. golf in Pleneuf or horseback ride in Lamballe. The beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet rural location. There is a beautiful open hearth in the residence. You can get wood for the open fire for free up to a certain amount. Around the residence there is a fenced garden of 400 m2. You also have use of a spacious terrace garden furniture and a barbeque. You will find all of the ingredients for a successful holiday here.
