Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./change.
- Bath towels are not available in the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.
- Kitchen linen is included in the price.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 0.15 EUR/kWh is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 4 EUR/m3 is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
