- A fully refundable security deposit of 250 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.
- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 11 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 8 EUR
- You are allowed to bring max. 1 pet/dog with you for an additional cost of 5.60 EUR/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
- It is possible to rent a cot for an additional cost of 23 EUR/stay.
- You can rent a TV for an additional cost of 6 EUR/night.
- For using the washing machine will be 6 EUR/wash charged.
- For using the tumble dryer will be 3 EUR/wash charged.
