Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that bed-, kitchen linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 12 EUR p.p./stay.
- Kitchen linen and bath towels are not available at the property. The guests are advised to bring their own.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 12 EUR/night (Jan-Apr), 6.90 EUR/night (May-Aug) and 12 EUR/night (Sep-Dec) is not included in the room rate.
- Please note that the water fee of 6 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Cleaning supplement (for pet(s)) costs 20 EUR /Stay

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you free of charge. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
