It is located in enclosed grounds of approx 5000 m2 with access to its own private forest which spreads out over 200 hectares. There is a small lake as well on the property which is not fenced. The property is a 4-room house, 135 m2 on 2 levels with rustic furnishings. Living/dining room with open fireplace, TV and exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with dining table. Bath-room, separate WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. 26 m2 terrace with furniture, barbecue. La Piquetterie is equipped with electric heating and washing machine. Kitchen can be accessed via 1 step and laundry via 4 steps. Surroundings: shops and restaurants 1.5 km.
