Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 150 EUR will be required upon arrival in cash for damages.

Please also note that:
-bath towels and kitchen linen are not included in the rental price. Guests can bring their own.
-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 15 EUR per person/change).
-the heated open-air swimming pool and children's pool is open during July and August.
-the interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described.
-washing machine and clothes dryer available with an extra charge.
