Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- Electricity, gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- Please note that kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.
- Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.

- For using the washing machine will be 5 EUR/wash charged.
- For using the tumble dryer will be 3.50 EUR/wash charged.
- It is possible to use the sauna or steam bath for a cost of 8 EUR/time.

- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 6.30 EUR per pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
