Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.
-A fully refundable security deposit of 750 EUR will be required one week before arrival for damages. The home owner will contact you for this.

Please also note that:
-kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
-bed linen and bath towels are not included in the rental price. Guests can rent them per packet at the property or bring their own (cost: 7 EUR per person/stay).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,15 EUR/kWh).
-the gas and oil fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: May - Aug: Included; Sep - Apr: 50 EUR/night).
