The reception opening hours are:
Monday to Thursday: 06:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 21:00
Friday to Sunday and bank holidays: 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.

For guests arriving outside of the hotel reception hours they need to contact the hotel to organise the key collection. An automatic check in machine is available during the hours when the reception is closed. Access code at the front door is your booking number without dots.

Please note that for children 16 years old and under, city tax does not apply. Please advise the hotel in advance of the number and ages of any children staying.

The property will be going through renovation works from 21 March 2016 until 30 April 2016, including the reception and restaurant areas. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available.

Please note that during the renovation works, the buffet breakfast will not be served. A takeaway hot drink and croissant formula will be available. Please inform Ibis budget Issoire in advance of your expected arrival time.
