This guest house offers house boats that float on a 5-hectares lake in the quiet countryside of the Aquitaine region. It has a terrace with panoramic lake views and a wellness centre with a sauna, a 10-minute drive from Saint-Émilion. Each floating cottage at Venise d’Astacus includes air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. They open up directly to the water and guests have access to a shared kitchen for preparing meals. Evening menus prepared with products from the property’s farm are available upon request, and can be enjoyed with a glass of their homemade wine. Breakfast is served every morning. Free parking is possible on site and Bordeaux is a 30-minute drive away. The guest house is 8 km from Libourne Train Station and a 45-minute drive from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport.
