Please note that the full amount of the reservation has to be paid before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property´s details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided by email.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 750 EUR will be required upon arrival to be paid by credit card for possible damages.

- Please note that bed linen and bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen is available for an additional cost of 8 EUR p.p./stay.
- Bath towels are available for an additional cost of 6 EUR/stay.
- Kitchen linen is not available at the property. The guests can bring their own.

- Please note that the electricity fee of 5 EUR/night is not included in the room rate.
- Gas and oil fees are included in the rental price.

- You are allowed to bring max. 3 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 5 EUR/pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
