Outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Léon, in a secluded position. Shop 4 km, sandy beach 10 km. Please note: car essential. Table tennis in the barn. 6-room house 170 m2 on 2 levels: living/dining room with open fireplace. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower. 1 room with 3 beds. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: lounge with library and TV. Terrace 33 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.
- A fully refundable security deposit of EUR 250 (cash) will be required upon arrival for damages.
- Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
- Bed linen (Initial supply) is available for an additional cost of EUR 9 per person.
