The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR (Visa or Mastercard) will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

Please note that the compulsory service charges is the final cleaning.

Bed linen (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 40 euros .

Bath towels (Initial supply) are available for an additional cost of 24 euros .

The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. Please note that in the winter months (01.11 - 15.03) arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00 hours..
