Shower, seperate toilet. On the furnished terrace there is a portable barbecue and 2 deck chairs. Facilities: washing machine. Old semi-detached house, renovated in 2008. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, 300 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. Private: grounds 130 m2 (fenced). Public parking on the road. Shop 300 m, restaurant 200 m. Golf course 2 km, tennis 2 km, riding stables 2 km. There is a Wednesday morning market near the house, during July and August.
