At the foot of the town of Duras, its castle and its vineyards on the edge of the Gironde and Dordogne, in the Dropt valley, the cottage opens up onto a green space and spacious 4000m ². Small house fully restored, antique furnishings combined with warm tones and light creates a welcoming atmosphere. The house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four persons. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate toilet. In the utility room you can find a washing machine, wardrobe, iron and an ironing board. There is electric heating and a wood stove. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster and a coffee machine. On the terrace of 40 m2 you can prepare meals on the barbecue. Near a river to catch and throw an equestrian center, this cottage is an ideal place to combine visits and nature.The region is rich in tourism activities, visit the villages and towns Sarlat, Castelmorron Albret and Monteton. Visit the country houses Monflanquin Monségur, Mompazier and Eymet and visit vineyards St. Emilion, Monbazillac, Sauternes, Cahors and Bergerac. There are several shops 2 km away from the accommodation.
