This beautiful restored villa-farm is within 2.7 hectares private land with magnificent panoramic views over the glowing hills. The Villa farm is encircled by prune tree orchards. wine. sunflower. wheat- and maize fields. The view from the south terrace is truly sublime and in the evenings you can enjoy the unforgettable sundown. The closely situated villages are Monflanquin. Penne D Agenais and Pujols all classified as one of the most beautiful villages of France. In the neighbourhood. you will find a restaurant where you can eat delicious foods. Within 10 minutes drive. is the fortified town Villeneuve Sur Lot where you will find a pleasant market square with a big fountain. shops and restaurants.
