Recently renovated. in the past being a notary house. located in green peaceful surrounding. At less than 8 km from Montignac with their famous caves of Lascaux. as well for shopping and basic needs.The house is equipped with modern comfort. The interior can be described as rural and classic. characterized by natural stone walls. Suitable for as well families or friends. On the 1st floor you have several bedrooms with single and double beds. Furthermore you can dream away in the long landscaped garden with private pool. Lovely to dream a way in the quietness. and large open space.Moreover you’re not far away from Vezere valley with their magnificent castles and picturesque villages. At the authentic village square of Auriac du Périgord there is a bbq grill every Thursday where everyone gathers around a campfire late into the night. The house is also located at less than an hour drive from the city of Périgueux. a city rich of history and culture.
