The prepayment as stated in the Policies will be charged to the customers' credit card by Interhome. After full payment is taken, the invoice and general conditions are sent by Interhome via email.

The property's details, including address and where to collect the keys, are provided to customers by email one month prior to arrival. For customers traveling within the next 28 days, the email is sent instantly after full payment.

- A fully refundable security deposit of 300 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.

- Please note that the initial laundry supply (bed linen and towels) costs 48 EUR.

- Local tax (children 13-17 years) is 0.39 EUR p.p./night.

- The office remains closed on Sunday: Please contact the office to announce your approximate arrival time.. It is essential that you contact the keyholder if you are not able to make it within the specified arrival times.
