- A fully refundable security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages.
- The electricity fee is included in the rental price.

- Bed linen and bath towels are included in the price.
- Please note that kitchen linen is not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own.

- For using the sauna will be 8 EUR/time charged.
- For using the washing machine will be 4 EUR/wash charged.
- For using the tumble dryer will be 2 EUR/wash charged.

- Breakfast is possible for an additional cost of 9 EUR per person/night.
- You are allowed to bring max. 2 pets/dogs with you for an additional cost of 7 EUR per pet/night. Pets will only be accepted if communicated before arrival.
