Please note that keys must be collected and returned at the agency 1a Avenue Georges Ferrenbach 68240 Kaysersberg. Monday to Saturday, between 14:00 and 18:00.

Please note that for arrivals before 14:00 or after 18:00 Monday - Saturday the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30.
Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 30 if keys are collected/returned at the agency or EUR 60 keys are collected/returned directly at the apartment.

Please note that a EUR 300 damage deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay.

Please note that the property is on the 4th floor without elevator and access to the property is via a pedestrian street.

Bed linen and towel rental are available upon request.

Please inform Sur les Toits de Riquewihr in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
