Hovimäki Camping is set by Lake Hirsjärvi, midway between Turku and Helsinki. It offers wooden cottages with saunas, a fully licensed restaurant and a private swimming beach. Stoves, microwaves and tea/coffee facilities are standard in Hovimäki’s cottages. Each one has a dining area, patio and private shower. The shared toilet is in a neighbouring service building. Leisure facilities at Hovimäki Camping & Cottages include minigolf, outdoor chess and 2 BBQ grills. Wi-Fi and board games are available in the café-restaurant. Bikes, boats and fishing equipment can be rented, while fishing licences are sold at reception. Somero village and the nearest supermarket are within 10 minutes’ drive.
