These cottages are surrounded by forest next to Lake Saimaa. Each has a private terrace, a kitchenette and a cosy log fire to huddle around. Taipalsaari is 15 km away. Cooking hobs, microwaves and tea/coffee facilities are standard in Lomakeskus Saimaanranta’s cottages. Each one has a living room with sofa. Some cottages include an electric sauna. Free Wi-Fi is offered at the neighbouring Hotel Saimaanranta, which also has a restaurant and summer café. Rowing boats and cross-country skiing equipment can be rented there. A BBQ area, tennis court and large open-air terrace are also available. Lappeenranta city is within 30 minutes’ drive. Skiing, boating and fishing are popular in the area.
