The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Additional facilities at Cottage Tähti include a washing machine and dryer. Bathrobes and slippers can be ordered. Cross-country skiing trails and snow mobile routes are found right outside the property. Guests can store their skiing equipment in the covered outdoor shelter. Ski buses for Vuosseli stop 100 metres away. A restaurant and a grocery store are found within 5 km of the cottage. Kuusamo city centre is a 20-minute drive away.
