Less than a 10-minute drive from Yllästunturi Ski Resort, these modern apartments are 1 km from Äkäslompola town centre. Each offers a private sauna, fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. A flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player is offered in each Yllästar III apartment. All have a separate bedroom and bathroom with a shower. Free use of a car heater is available at Yllästar, along with BBQ facilities and bicycle rental. The neighbouring property, just 20 metres away, provides ski storage and a waxing room. Staff can help arrange reindeer safaris and ice fishing on Lake Äkäsjärvi. Other area activities include hiking, cross-country skiing and snow shoeing. The closest grocery store and restaurant are within 2 minutes’ walk.
