The Tiia Guesthouse is located in the centre of Pärnu, a 10-minute walk of the Baltic Sea and its sandy beaches. It offers free on-site parking and simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. All rooms at the Tiaa are bright and come with a wardrobe and cable TV. Each has shared bathroom facilities with a shower. Tiia Guesthouse is situated within a 5-minute walk of many shops, restaurants and bars. The Pärnu City Centre Tennis Courts and the New Art Museum are located opposite the guesthouse.
