There are four key collection options in the apartment:

Keys can be collected in the office located on 3 Aia Street. The office is open on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00.

You can receive the keys at the nearest Post24.ee automatic post terminal to your apartment rental - for a modest additional fee.

If you have ordered also transfer service from the company, then the keys will be handed over during the transfer service

Meet and greet option, where the staff meets the client at the apartment is also available at extra charge. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Aia 3, 10111 Tallinn. Please inform Best Apartments- Kaarli in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
