Set in Las Terrenas and 5 minutes’ drive from El Portillo Beach, this beautiful complex features an amazing infinity pool looking onto the surrounding lush landscape. Monte Placido’s charming apartments open onto private terraces with sea and garden views. Set in attractive houses with orange façades and verandahs, the apartments feature traditional Mexican décor. All accommodation has free Wi-Fi, a lounge with a flat-screen TV, and kitchen facilities. A cook come to your villa and prepare typical creole dishes taking into account your tastes. On the 1st day, a complimentary Continental Breakfast basket is included. Monte Placido can arrange adventure tours and kite surfing, as well as yoga and Latin dancing classes. The centre of Las Terrenas is a 15-minute drive from the Placido. Here you will find restaurants, bars and shops. El Portillo Airport is just 5 minutes’ drive away. Catey-Samana Airport is 45 minutes away and Santo Domingo Airport can be reached in 2.5 hours by car.
