Take a tour round the property and you will discover an attractive pool area including a pool with current mechanism for swimming, water slide, separate children's pool, large attractive spa and sauna. The nine-bedroom cottage provides a satellite TV, free WiFi and a DVD/CD player. There is a fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. There are three bathrooms with underfloor heating, a toilet and shower. Other facilities include a wood burning stove, washing machine and a tumble dryer. Past the centrally placed dining/living room you will find the entrance to a large bar and games room containing a 37' flat screen TV, and a bar equipped with its own fridge where you can mix yourself a drink. This area is also equipped with a dartboard and attractive pool table, while a 'cosy corner' containing a comfortable Chesterfield sofa entices you to put your feet up and relax. Continue on to the activity room where you will find a table tennis table, air hockey, table football and fitness equipment, as well as a 'café corner'. The house is built on a 5,200m2 plot of land, meaning there is plenty to occupy the kids, including swings, sandpit and a ball-playing area. Other outdoor activities include volleyball and badminton as well as relaxing on one of the house's two terraces. The property offers free parking.
