Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in.

Please also be aware of the following guidelines:
1. The property does not provide receipts, tax will be charged if receipts are required, and only service receipts are provided;
2. Guests can enjoy free cleaning service and change of their bedding once they stay over 7 days, if guests request cleaning services within 7 days, extra service fee will be detained from deposit; if guests fail to clean the dishes before check-out, ￥20 will be detained from deposit;
(Pricelist for services within 7 days of stay: Room cleaning (1 Bedroom, 1 Living Room: ￥38/time, 2-3 Bedrooms: ￥50/time, ￥20 for each added bathroom);
3. Check out time for daily and monthly rentals is 12 p.m, ￥20 will be added for each extra hour, if 4 hours are exceeded, the whole day rate will be charged. A security deposit of CNY 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
