Hot water is provided via solar panels and there is an outdoor water tank heated directly by the sun. The house is fitted with a seating area and a dining area. There is a small kitchenette with a fridge and a stovetop and a bathroom with a shower. It also features a furnished terrace overlooking the bay and the Adriatic Sea. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 70 km from the property. The property can be reached only by car via a 50 metres long macadam road that ends in front of the property.
