Please note the property is located 24 km west of the town of Futaleufú, 14 km east of Futaleufú Bridge.
When coming from Chaiten and the Carretera Austral - follow the signs east to Futaleufu until you cross the Futaleufu Bridge over the river. From there it is approximately 14km to the lodge entrance, which will be on your right just before the Pinilla Bridge.
When coming from the town of Futaleufu, take the road west to Chaiten/Villa Santa Lucia. After approximately 18 km you will pass a high bridge over the Rio Azul. From there it is approximately 6 km to the lodge entrance. To find it, simply follow the road to the next small bridge named Pinilla Bridge. The property will be on the right hand sign just past the bridge.
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency.
In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
