Pousada Refúgio Mamanguá is a rustic-styled yet charming guesthouse sited in the middle of the most preserved area in Paraty area. Few steps from the beach, it offers comfortable accommodation and can be reached only by boat, what makes the surroundings peaceful and quiet. With views to the stunning garden and to Saco do Mamangua Bay, rooms at Refúgio Mamanguá feature a balcony with hammocks and a private bathroom. There is no electricity in the guesthouse. It is accessible by boat within 45 minutes from from Paraty-Mirim or 1 hour and a half from Paraty. Paraty Bus Station and city centre are 10 km away. Refúgio offers a free boat transfer from Paraty-Mirim to the property which has to be scheduled directly with them. Guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast in the mornings and exciting activities such as canoeing, hiking and snorkelling.
