Please note that some guesthouse apartments are under renovation until 04/04/2012. The spa and sauna will be unavailable for use from 09/04/2012 until 03/07/2012, also due to renovations.

PLEASE AVOID HIGHWAY RJ-165 (PARATY-CUNHA)

Highway RJ-165 is one of the options to get to Paraty. If you travel by car, the GPS route will take you through the town of Cunha. However, this highway is in very bad condition and presents serious danger to drivers.

A safer alternative to reach Paraty is the route via HIGHWAY SP-099 (TAMOIOS), going through the town of Caraguatatuba. You can check the complete route in Google maps.

Důležité informace

Please note that Standard rooms are located in Vila do Ouro annex building, right opposite the hotel. Guests must specify the desired bed configuration to the hotel, prior the arrival.

The parking facility, with entrance on Fresca Street, has limited spaces that are subject to availability.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

When staying with the parents, a child under 6 years of age can be accommodated for free in a Suite. In that case, a valid ID for the child needs to be presented at the check-in, otherwise an extra bed charge will be applied.
