It has a kitchen and gourmet area with a barbecue, refrigerator and stove, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed. It also has barbecue facilities and a mezzanine. The private bathroom has a hot shower. Afonso Pena International Airport is 115 km away and Pontal do Sul is a 30-minute ride away by boat. Chalé do Mirante is 15 minutes by boat from Farol das Conchas attraction and 20 minutes by boat from Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres Fortress.
