-A fully refundable security deposit of 200 EUR will be required upon arrival for damages, returned max. 14 days later.
-Kitchen linen are included in the rental price.

-bed linen are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property (cost: 10 EUR p.p./Stay).
-bath towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property (cost: 6 EUR p.p./Change).
-the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure (cost: 0,35 EUR/kWh).
-the environment fee is not included in the apartment rate (cost: 2 EUR/Garbage bag).
-wood is available for an additional cost of 6 EUR/Set.
